Update for Week Feb 15: Campus Life
We are still carrying over two of our major projects from last semester. The first is the Safety First program. We are in the process of setting up meetings with the influential administrators that will play a role in putting this program in place. If brought to fruition, this program will go a long way in solving some of the safety issues on campus with regards to alcohol. Suggestions are welcome from anyone with regards to ideas for improvement.
The second project is the Formalized Surveying program. We are trying to set an entity in place that will be able to carry out systematic and scientific surveys for the SGA. The plan is to have them even carry out surveys for other units on campus. The group would be headed by a Professor who would share her experimental research on best practices in the field. We are currently looking for students that would become part of this group.
